Shipping Policy

 

L&B provides complimentary shipping on orders over $180 for Australian and New Zealand residents. We are unable to deliver orders to P.O. Boxes.

For standard postage orders under $180, a flat rate of $10 AUD will apply. 

Express postage orders will have a flat rate of $15 AUD. 

L&B use Sendle which are Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service.

All postage satchels are bio-degradable, this means you can compost your bags when you’re finished with them.

For all major cities and/or national areas please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.

For all rural areas please allow 4-6 business days for delivery. 

Please note, during peak times, there may be operational timeframe delays, however we will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible. 

Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Ensure to check your junk/spam folder.

All returns and exchanges will be in accordance with the L&B RETURNS and REFUNDS Policy.

Change of mind exchanges will be at the customers expense, faulty item returns will be covered by L&B

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, return postage will be covered by L&B. 

All returns are to be sent via tracked postage with signature on delivery, L&B cannot be held reliable for any damage or loss while in transit.
