Returns & Refunds

L&B Bespoke Design does not accept exchanges and accepts returns/refunds. We ask that the following requirements are met:
  • The item/s must be in original condition,  unaltered, worn or washed with all tags/labels remaining in place.
  • Please note that refunds are only available on full priced item/s only. Discounted item/s will be eligible for exchange.
  • Items must be sent within 14 days of receiving purchased item/s from L&B Bespoke Design Online Shop only.
  • Please have your order number clearly visible with your return parcel.
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to L&B Bespoke Design for refund are not covered or reimbursed unless by fault of L&B Bespoke Design
Email your request to info@lucyandbelle.com.au with the subject line being "RETURN" with your order number.
Please note L&B Bespoke Design is not liable for loss of item/s being returned.
